1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times take 1-2 working days.

  • Domestic deliveries take 5 business days (UK)
  • Premium International Shipping takes between 7-10 business days (USA)
  • Free International Shipping takes 30 business days.(USA)

Please refer to your tracking number for updates regarding the status of your delivery.

2. When will I receive my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be provided once your order is taken to the post office.

3. Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver internationally. 

4. Are import duties and taxes chargeable to me?

Import duties and taxes are your responsibility to cover. Please check your county's guidelines. You cannot request a cancellation or refund as a result of import duties and taxes. 

5. Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note, once your order has been processed, we cannot stop the order and it will be shipped at which point you do not qualify for a cancellation. 

6. Do you offer returns & refunds?

Due to the nature of our product and the on-going virus, we do not offer returns. Under special circumstances, we can offer a solution when applicable. Please email us with details of your issue providing photo and video evidence. 

7. My address is incorrect, what should I do?

It is your responsibility to correctly insert your address when placing your order. Email us within 24 hours and we'll have to cancel the order and ask you to re-order.
